Women's Clinic:  Fly Fishing Basics

In August, club members introduce interested women to the basics of fly fishing, including equipment, aquatic entomology, reading the water, and casting. The seminar ends with a campout on one of the local trout streams, during which participants complete their instruction by fishing with club mentors. Participation is open to members and non-members alike. A nominal fee is charged to cover club expenses, including several meals during the camp out.

Payment has to accompany online registration.  The fee for the entire Women's Clinic (classroom activities, casting sessions and weekend get together) is $75.00. 

This online payment process cannot accommodate e-checks so if you wish to pay by check, you will have to complete the form and mail it and your check to Laura Rogers at the address shown on the form.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE REGISTRANTS:  In order to avoid being charged a $3.00 convenience fee, please click on "Member Signup" and sign up as a KCF Club Member.  Choose "Women's Clinic Participant" when asked to choose a membership type.  You will then be added as a KCF Member which is free until the end of the calendar year for Women's Clinic participants (convenience fee is not charged to Club Members).  You have to do this before registering for the Women's Clinic.  Take note of your user ID and password so you can login when registering for the Women's Clinic.

If you do not do this, a $3.00 convenience fee will be charged at the time of checkout and cannot be refunded.
